  • Oversee and assist with admissions and discharges of residents.
  • Conduct rounds to ensure proper level and quality of care, addressing any resident issues promptly.
  • Provide direct nursing care and perform complex nursing procedures when necessary.
  • Offer support and consultation to nursing staff on clinical issues.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet resident needs efficiently.
  • Participate in the selection, orientation, and training of nursing staff.
  • Assist in planning and delivering in-service training for staff.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and participate in the development of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and medications during non-operational hours of the warehouse.
