The Family Medicine RN assesses, plans, organizes, provides, and evaluates nursing care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking in an outpatient clinical environment. 

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.  RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!   NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).  

Traveler MUST be willing to work TWO of the below: 

Thursday/Friday after Christmas
Wednesday/Thursday/Friday after New Year Day


Posted rate not applicable for "local travelers." 
Those who reside within 0-20 miles of facility - We invite you to apply for a perm position! 
Those who reside within 21-75 miles of facility will be presented at a 10% reduction in rate/hour.

Requirement Description

  • 3+ years CURRENT Family Medicine/Clinic experience - Required
  • Clinical Office Experience - Required
  • PHONE Triage experience - Required - Please note on profile!  
  • EPIC EMR experience - HIGHLY Preferred
  • Previous Travel - Preferred
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need

  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys and BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
