Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents at our Rehabilitation and Extended Care Facility. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recent experience, a current NYS nursing license, and BLS certification. In this role, you will collaborate with the Unit Manager and work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and Physician to provide daily care for residents. You will also oversee the activities of CNAs and Ward Clerks, using excellent judgment to make independent decisions when necessary. Strong communication skills, a customer service attitude, and a solid work ethic are key to success in this position.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years recent LPN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Active NYS nursing license
