As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with various healthcare needs and assisting them in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.

You will be at the forefront of our mission to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families, and our employees. All Caregivers are thoroughly screened and must meet our employment guidelines.


Responsibilities:

-Provide personalized home care services to patients based on their individual care plans.

-Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

-Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.

-Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.


Qualifications:

Prior experience in home care or caregiving.

HHA Certificate, Nurse Aide Course Completion Certificate and/or CNA license

Must have a CPR Card from Red Cross or AHA

Immunization Record

A valid driver's license and personal vehicle with the current registration and insurance are required.

Proficiency in patient observation and medical terminology.

Ability to provide compassionate and respectful patient care.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.

Two professional work references.

All caregivers must pass a criminal background check and meet employment requirements prior to placement.

Must pass competency exam with a score of 80% or higher.


Additional info:

Expected hours:  4-30 per week.

Pay: $17 - $25 per hour (Rate depends on skill level and experience)
