We are looking for a Travel Physical Therapist Allied for a great Travel Allied job in Wild Rose, WI.

Physical Therapist - 8 hour days 


*No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a facility within 50 mile radius of Facility


Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Shift: 8hr Days Monday-Friday  (Will consider 4x10s if needed)

Weekends: None

Holidays: As needed

Call: None

Float: Throughout facility within skillset

Minimum 3 years PT experience REQUIRED (open to New Grads)

License/Certs Required: WI PT & AHA BLS

Charting Experience Required: EPIC

Unit Overview: Inpatient/Outpatient department - mainly outpatient caseload with possibility of some inpatient coverage as well. For outpatients, we usually see 30 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations.  Inpatients tend to be a 2 hour block on the schedule as we tend to have 2-4 inpatients. It will probably be a mix of patients. 

Patient load: Will likely see 10-12 patients a day, it would be more if they want a 10 hour day (if approved for 10 hr shifts)


No New Travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
